When building at Prospect at Black Mountain, we want to make it easy for you to realize your dream of peak Kelowna living. Our objective is to encourage an eclectic mix of attractive and innovative home designs which showcase the best of contemporary and traditional architectural design. A variety of architectural styles will be considered and approved. Styles which are encouraged include Okanagan Modern, Mid-Century Modern, Arts and Crafts, Cottage Revival, and California Mission. In order to ensure that our design guidelines are met and homes are of a high quality, we have selected an Architectural Design Consultant to review and approve all designs. We work with a number of carefully chosen builders who offer quality construction, are attentive to design details, have excellent customer service and offer value for their customer's money. They excel in client communication and have enthusiasm for incorporating green building techniques. Our builders are registered with The Homeowner Protection Office and offer a ten year home warranty program. If you prefer, we invite you to bring your own builder. Come and build the home of your dreams at Prospect at Black Mountain.
